Responsibilities

• Manage a growing portfolio of commercial properties across greater Christchurch.
• Liaise with tenants, owners and internal stakeholders to ensure service standards.
• Coordinate with Harcourts sales and leasing specialists to optimise property performance.
• Provide exceptional client service and proactive issue resolution.
• Assist in operational administration and reporting for properties under management.
