Job summary

Quinovic in Nelson, NZ is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to grow our residential property management portfolio and connect with new clients. You will network with property owners and investors, identify opportunities, and convert leads into long-term management agreements, supported by our systems and marketing team.

Qualifications

• Proven success in business development or sales with a targets-driven background.
• Property industry experience is preferred but not essential.
• Confident, proactive approach with strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• An understanding of marketing and social media for business growth.
• A clean, full New Zealand Driver's Licence
• A motivated, self-driven attitude with a genuine passion for achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Growing the residential property management portfolio by securing new management agreements.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with property owners, investors and referral partners.
• Prospecting for new business through networking, lead generation and targeted sales activity.
• Conducting rental appraisals and presenting tailored property management solutions.
• Creating and implementing marketing initiatives to generate new leads.
• Managing your sales pipeline through the CRM and following up opportunities.
• Working closely with the Property Management team to ensure a smooth handover of new clients.
• Keeping up to date with the Residential Tenancies Act and current market trends.
