Qualifications

• The candidate should be highly analytical with commercial mindset.
• Strong financial modelling ability to build models from scratch.
• Excellent Excel skills with understanding of financial statements and cash flow.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior decision-makers across the full life cycle of property transactions - from assessing new opportunities through to monitoring existing exposures.
• Build and maintain detailed property development and investment financial models.
• Analyse development feasibility, project costs, funding structures, cash flows and returns.
• Assess the underlying property, borrower and transaction to understand risk and downside scenarios.
• Review development budgets, valuations, debt structures and project assumptions.
• Stress-test transactions and identify key sensitivities.
• Prepare concise investment and credit analysis for senior decision-makers.
• Monitor existing loans and projects, identifying emerging risks and changes in performance.
• Conduct market and comparable-property analysis.
• Work with external advisers, valuers, developers and other stakeholders to validate assumptions.
• Continuously improving analytical tools, models and processes.
