Align Limited, a fast-growing multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking a senior property leader based in Newmarket, Auckland. You will lead the Auckland Property team, working with the Regional Manager to deliver diverse property and infrastructure projects and strengthen client relationships.

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Property or Law and relevant property sector experience.
• Leadership or staff management experience is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Public Works Act (1981) and related legislation.
• Experience engaging with a broad range of stakeholders on development/infrastructure projects.
• Proven property acquisition advisory or related property experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, esp. Word, Excel, and MS Project.
• Understanding of GIS systems in relation to property.
• Hold a current NZ driving licence and NZ residency/citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver property projects, providing strategic property advice to clients as a trusted advisor.
• Oversee Auckland Property team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and project oversight.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Support staff reviews, development, training, and mentoring.
• Assist with recruitment and growth of the Auckland team and uncover opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
