Job summary

Ventia in Canterbury is seeking an experienced Distribution Supervisor to lead field crews delivering electrical distribution and infrastructure projects across Canterbury.

You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and high standards while coordinating resources, contractors, and equipment.

About You

• Proven experience in electricity distribution, utilities, or power infrastructure
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sound knowledge of industry safety requirements and compliance standards
• Experience coordinating field-based teams and contractors
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Current NZ Electrical Registration Or Industry Qualifications Preferred

• Full Class 1 Driver Licence
