Job summary

Engage Squared in Auckland is seeking a Project Manager to deliver projects from start to finish within budget and quality, collaborating with consultants and client stakeholders. You will drive project plans, manage scope and risks, and mentor junior team members, ensuring successful delivery for a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years experience as a Project Manager or Project Co-ordinator/Analyst – preference with Consulting experience delivering M365/SaaS based solutions.
• Experience with project management methodologies using Agile and Waterfall.
• Capable of effective resource management (prioritising, delegating & mentoring).
• Strong relationship development and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive, realistic, and transparent project plans and documentation aligned with SOW, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate sign-off with internal/external stakeholders on technical and commercial plans, contracts, and risk approvals.
• Lead PM engagements with clients, manage weekly reviews, and drive delivery status reporting.
