Job summary

Cognition Learning Group in Auckland seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of projects, guiding planning, delivery, budgets, resources and risks to ensure outcomes. You will work with Directors, Producers, Designers, consultants and contractors to strengthen project performance and reporting.

You will embed robust project management practices across the organisation, leveraging Zoho and other tools to support governance, whilst leading teams and stakeholders to achieve

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing multiple projects across full lifecycle.
• Strong planning, budgeting, risk management and reporting skills.
• Experience with stakeholders, contractors and cross-functional teams.
• Leadership, communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects through full lifecycle ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation and risk management.
• Embed project management systems and reporting frameworks, including Zoho.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
• Mobilise new contracts and strategic projects with proper governance.
