Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a Project Manager to own civil construction delivery from early planning through close-out in Northland. You will lead programmes, budgets, contracts and on-site coordination while building strong relationships with clients, crews and delivery partners.

The role requires at least 5 years in roading or civil infrastructure, NZ project experience, and a Civil Engineering qualification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in roading or civil infrastructure, including NZ project experience.
• Demonstrated leadership across Construction, 3 Waters, Roading or other major Civil works.
• A Civil Engineering diploma or degree, or several years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong communication skills, with confidence in presenting, reporting and negotiating.
• Financial know-how, attention to detail; CCS Candy knowledge is a plus.
• Minimum requirements; familiarity with Fulton Hogan ways is an advantage.

We're busy having won long-term contracts! We're looking for a Project Manager to take ownership of civil construction delivery from early planning through to close-out. This role suits someone who can keep multiple moving parts aligned, make sound calls under pressure, and bring a practical, no-fuss approach to getting the job done right.
