About the role Looking for a role with real variety, proper responsibility, and room to keep growing? As an IT Project Manager, you’ll lead a mix of strategic technology and change projects that help keep Fulton Hogan moving forward. From infrastructure and applications through to business transformation, no two projects will feel quite the same. This role suits someone who likes to get stuck in, bring people together, and turn plans into action. You’ll be trusted to lead with confidence, work closely with stakeholders, and deliver Good Work with a team that’s supportive, and switched on when it matters.
We’re looking for someone with At least 6 years’ industry experience, including delivering technical and major change IT projects. Proven ability to deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations. Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team engagement skills, with the confidence to lead conversations and keep people aligned. Experience working across both Waterfall and Agile delivery environments in a large enterprise setting. A proactive, calm, delivery-focused style, with strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to safety and doing the right thing.
