Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead a mix of strategic technology and change projects across infrastructure, applications and business transformation. You will drive delivery with a collaborative team, coordinating stakeholders and vendors to keep initiatives on track and producing clear outcomes.

With 6+ years in IT project delivery, you will manage scope, schedule, budget and quality while promoting safe, effective delivery practices in a large enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years' industry experience delivering IT projects.
• Ability to deliver projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and team engagement skills to keep people aligned.
• Experience across Waterfall and Agile delivery in a large enterprise setting.
• Proactive, calm, delivery-focused style with attention to safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of strategic Group IT projects across the full project lifecycle, from planning through to closure.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects covering technology, infrastructure, applications, and business change.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and project teams to keep delivery on track and outcomes clear.
• Oversee project scope, budgets, schedules, risks, issues, governance, and reporting.
• Support change, adoption, and continuous improvement across delivery practices and the wider PMO.
