Daifuku Oceania is seeking a detail-focused Project Finance Analyst to deliver analytical reporting and partner with Finance Business Partners and project teams in Auckland. You will handle high-volume data, reconcile budgets, and support month-end activities while identifying opportunities to automate reporting.

Qualificações

• Degree in accounting or related field.
• Financial accounting, management accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills with AI exposure.
• Strong analytical, reconciliation and problem-solving capability.
• Experience using IFS or an ERP system.
• Methodical, accurate with attention to detail and able to work with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in preparing project portfolio reports.
• Analyse actual costs, commitments, accruals and forecasts against budgets.
• Complete project cost reconciliations and investigate reporting anomalies.
• Support month-end activities including journals, accruals and balance-sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain budget and forecasting models, workbooks and schedules.
• Track billing milestones, invoicing, debtors and project cash flow.
• Prepare variance analysis, project review packs and decision-support reporting.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners, Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and reduce manual processes.
• Support project controls, data integrity, audit and compliance requirements.
