Job summary

Fulton Hogan is kicking off its first wind farm project in the Canterbury region and seeks a proven Project Engineer to help plan, coordinate and set the Amberley-based workstream up for success. You will join ahead of site works and then play a key on-site role as construction ramps up, bringing hands-on leadership and strong logistics management.

The role values experience in heavy civil structures, bridges and reinforced concrete, with exposure to water infrastructure a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience managing logistics on large civil construction projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and suppliers on site.
• Proven track record delivering civil infrastructure projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engineering delivery on site with planning and sequencing.
• Own logistics management across key activities including large pours.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site teams to deliver safe, quality outcomes.
• Mentor early-career engineers and share knowledge.
• Stay adaptable on site and make sound decisions when plans shift.
• Operate at Project Engineer level on civil infrastructure projects.
• Apply strong logistics and coordination skills to reinforced concrete/bridges.
• Experience in water infrastructure is a plus; willingness to travel.
