Stantec's Water team in New Zealand seeks a Project Management Administrator to support Project Managers, coordinating tasks across the project lifecycle from initiation to close. Based in Wellington, you will help with baseline schedules, budgets, risk and health & safety plans, and monthly reporting while maintaining document control and quality.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting project managers and project controls.
• Solid understanding of project lifecycle and governance.
• Ability to learn Stantec PM/financial tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and coordination across multiple projects.
• Assist with project execution plans, health & safety plans, and baseline schedules.
• Support cost tracking, forecasting, invoicing, and progress reporting.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting and document control.
