Job summary

SiteCare Limited in Auckland seeks a Groundsman to assist with day-to-day site maintenance across our grounds maintenance services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on outdoor work and being part of a team.

You will assist with mowing, edging, general upkeep, and help ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard. Applicants must hold NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, or outdoor labour preferred but not essential.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail in outdoor settings.
• Reliable and physically fit for hands-on work.
• Full driver’s licence (preferred).

Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re looking for a Groundsman to join our team and help maintain high standards across our grounds maintenance services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands on outdoor work and being part of a team, without the pressure of client management or supervisory responsibility.

You will assist with day-to-day site maintenance and help ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high standard.
