Job summary

Absolute IT in Wellington is recruiting an experienced Programme Manager for a public sector client to lead a cross-agency digital work programme on a contract through June 2028.

You will establish governance, coordinate multiple delivery streams, manage dependencies and risks, and provide senior reporting to agencies across diverse government bodies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of programme management experience.
• Experience with government agencies or cross-organisational teams.
• Strong governance and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in digital and technology delivery, preferably with Agile approaches.
• Skilled in operational change and benefits realisation.
