You're a confident people leader who can manage complexity, influence stakeholders and build strong, collaborative relationships. Your pragmatic and proactive approach enables you to balance strategic thinking with practical execution. Experience in work-based learning would be highly regarded, and knowledge of the construction sector would be an advantage. Most importantly, you'll be passionate about improving outcomes for learners and helping shape the future of vocational education.

Leading the design, development and continuous improvement of education products, including digital learning solutions, while ensuring alignment with NZQA requirements and the wider tertiary education environment.
This role combines strategic leadership with operational delivery. Lead and develop a capable team, manage budgets and competing priorities, and drive projects from concept through to implementation. Working closely with industry partners, regulators and internal stakeholders to ensure our programmes remain relevant and fit for purpose.
