You will quickly build trusted relationships across levels, guiding resource investments across the sector to achieve the best outcomes

Qualifications

• Providing intellectual, programme and people management leadership on large, complex programmes or projects (ideally cross‑sector programmes).
• Confidently working with senior leaders and ministers to provide trusted reporting on progress toward the programme's outcomes.
• Leading the development and review of public sector business cases.
• Working in a justice sector agency or an organisation that interacts with the justice sector.
• Service design within an organisational, operational and regulatory service setting.
• Public sector systems and processes, including funding mechanisms and legislative processes.
• People leadership, including recruitment, capability building, staff development and performance management.
