Greater Wellington is seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator for the LNIRIM in the Lower North Island. The role is full-time and based in our central Wellington office, focusing on document control, financial administration, and stakeholder coordination.
You will manage project documentation, prepare meeting agendas/minutes, and support governance reporting while coordinating with contractors and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
We're looking for an experienced Programme Coordinator - Lower North Island Rail Integrated Mobility (LNIRIM), within the Metlink Assets and Infrastructure group.
This is a permanent full-time role based in our central Wellington office.
The LNIRIM programme and this role will shape the future of Public Transport for the Lower North Island and help deliver significant tangible benefits including reduced transport emissions, improving access and economic prosperity via enhanced regional connectivity, and improving transport network resilience.
The Programme Coordinator - LNIRIM will be responsible for document management control, monitoring and reporting of programme schedule and progress, financial administration, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination for the LNIRIM Programme.

The total remuneration for this position, including all benefits, is $74,724 - $112,086 per annum, with a midpoint of $93,405.
Starting remuneration will depend on the skills and experience of the successful applicant.
