Responsibilities

  • Monitor shared mailboxes and maintain documentation for BSP branch.
  • Maintain SharePoint site and prepare documentation.
  • Coordinate travel and events, organise workshops and meetings.
  • Take minutes and process contracts, invoices and accruals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with Manager, people leaders and teams to support operations.

The Programme Coordinator is a key member of the Programme and Business Support team within the Building System Performance (BSP) branch.

We're looking for a superstar to provide high-quality support to the Manager, people leaders, and teams across the branch. This role is ideal for a proactive self-starter with strong administrative, organisational, and coordination skills who enjoys helping others succeed.

As a Programme Coordinator, you'll play an important role in supporting the smooth and effective operation of the branch. Your responsibilities will include monitoring shared mailboxes, maintaining our SharePoint site, preparing documentation, coordinating travel and events, organising workshops and meetings, taking minutes, and processing contracts, invoices, and accruals.
