Job summary

CSR in Penrose seeks a hands-on Production Operator for the Interior Systems team. You will contribute to day-to-day production, ensure orders are manufactured accurately and safely, and work with the DC Supervisor and Production Supervisor.

You will work Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm, performing quality checks, operating equipment after training, and maintaining documentation. CSR offers growth, a supportive culture, and benefits like parental leave and employee assistance.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing, or a similar hands-on environment.
• Ability to read and follow production orders, measurements, specifications, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Forklift licence preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Safely complete daily production activities in line with customer orders and production schedules.
• Measure, cut, assemble, cap, finish, quality-check, and package products.
• Operate production equipment, including saws and guillotines, once trained and authorised.
• Conduct quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.
• Complete production documentation and material usage records accurately.
• Report equipment faults, safety concerns, material shortages, or production delays.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards and support efficient warehouse operations.
• Participate in cross-training to develop skills across multiple production processes.
