The successful applicant must be safety focused, motivated, energetic, display a positive attitude, be a contributor in a team environment, able to work shift work when required, be eager to learn and develop existing skills (comprehensive training is provided). Have good communication, numeracy, literacy and troubleshooting skills as well as a practical 'hands on' aptitude.

Trade and or supervisory skills in the timber, construction or manufacturing industry will be advantageous.
