• Sound engineering knowledge.
• Ability to work across different teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining a reliable production schedule.
• Providing real-time visibility of workloads, priorities and capacity.
• Coordinating mechanical, electrical and machine-shop activities.
• Identifying pressure points before they become delivery problems.
• Supporting purchasing and supplier planning with accurate timelines.
• Improving time tracking, cost allocation and production data.
• Helping Technopak strengthen the systems needed to grow.
• Keeping the General Manager and Directors informed, with solutions rather than surprises.
