Job summary

DB Breweries is seeking a Production Assistant for Tuatara Brewery in Upper Hutt, Wellington. You will work closely with the Packaging Manager to ensure safe, efficient production and uphold high quality.

The role requires a hands-on, reliable individual with a safety-first mindset and strong teamwork. Previous FMCG experience is advantageous, and forklift certification is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, safety-focused attitude in a fast-paced brewery.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication with colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to SOPs and processes.
• Forklift licence is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in food/FMCG environments is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a clean, organised work environment.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues.

About the Role

At Tuatara Brewery, we're passionate about brewing great beer and creating great experiences. We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Production Assistant to join our team and help deliver high-quality products safely, efficiently, and with pride. Based at our Brewtown brewery, you'll work closely with the Packaging Manager and wider production team to keep operations running smoothly while maintaining the high standards our customers expect.
