Job summary

Tuatara Brewery is seeking a hands-on Production Assistant at our Brewtown site. You will work with the Packaging Manager and production team to ensure high‑quality products are produced safely and efficiently, upholding our standards.

Based at the Brewtown brewery in Wellington, you will contribute to a positive team culture, support maintenance activities, and help drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out production activities safely and on schedule.
• Follow SOPs and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Identify equipment maintenance needs and support preventative tasks.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement across the brewery.
• Promote safe working practices and health and safety culture.
