Job summary

Oceania Dairy invites applications for a Production Analyst at our Glenavy site. You will partner with Operations to analyse production data, track KPIs, and drive improvements across processes, reporting, and inventory control.

The role reports to the Site Operations Manager and is a 12-month fixed-term position within a dynamic dairy manufacturing environment in South Canterbury.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in production analysis or manufacturing environments.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capability.
• Solid understanding of reporting, inventory control, and mass balances.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong IT skills, web design or programming is a bonus!

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Analyst to join our Operations team at Oceania Dairy's Glenavy site. Reporting to the Site Operations Manager, this role is responsible for supporting production performance through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, work order management, and inventory control. You will work closely with Production, Technical, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

This is a 12 month fixed term role.
