Bluecurrent is at the forefront of energy tech in New Zealand and Australia. We seek a Digital Services Manager to own a digital service domain, partner with business stakeholders, and drive improvements across platforms including Power Platform, Dynamics and AI tooling.

The role focuses on service health, prioritising demand, and enabling seamless transitions from projects to BAU for better outcomes across NZ and AU.

Formación

Experience supporting or managing live digital services with focus on health and performance.
Ability to partner with business units and translate needs into technology priorities.
Strong backlog management balancing requests, issues and technical debt.
Familiarity with ITIL practices or service management disciplines preferred.

Responsabilidades

Own health and performance of applications within your digital service domain with clear risk visibility.
Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to align priorities with business outcomes.
Manage and prioritise a backlog of issues, requests and improvements.
Forecast demand and plan priorities with technical teams.
Support smooth transition of services from project delivery to BAU.
Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve service reliability and value.
