Job summary

EverCommerce is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Timely in New Zealand on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will sit at the intersection of customers, products and commercial strategy, crafting GTM strategies and driving adoption and growth.

You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales and Success to bring the voice of the customer into decisions, with 3+ years in B2B SaaS marketing and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing or B2B SaaS marketing.
• Strong experience delivering GTM strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
• A customer-first mindset with strong research and commercial capability.
• Confidence partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication and storytelling skills.
• SaaS/subscription experience, with payments experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver go-to-market strategies for EverWell products and features.
• Bring customer, competitor and market insights into product and commercial decisions.
• Influence roadmap priorities by partnering closely with Product, Engineering and Design.
• Develop compelling positioning, messaging and value propositions.
• Partner with Customer Marketing to improve adoption, engagement and retention.
• Enable Sales, Success and Support with the right insights, messaging and tools.
• Use data and experimentation to measure impact and continually improve outcomes.
