Job summary

The Access Group in New Zealand seeks a Product Manager for Tradify who can turn ideas into valuable user experiences for tradespeople. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to shape the product strategy and translate business objectives into clear briefs that guide development.

You’ll leverage AI to explore opportunities, test assumptions, and synthesize customer feedback at scale while applying rigorous human judgment to deliver impactful features that improve lives and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus five years experience in product management, product design, UX design, business analysis or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Extensive experience designing and developing digital products with a strong focus on user centered design.
• Deep fluency with AI tools and how to leverage them while maintaining rigorous human judgment.

Responsibilities

• Chat with cycle team to explore options, then decide to keep the squad on track.
• Liaise with Product Owner & BA to ensure on-time delivery and direction.
• Join sessions with senior leaders to strategise the product roadmap for upcoming cycles.
• Research and shape briefs for AI-enabled work cycles.
• Talk to users and pull data to understand impact of recently launched features.
• Collaborate with peers to improve the AI tool-chain used by the team.
• Craft a tailored go-to-market brief for Product Marketing Manager for the next change.
