Job summary

Access Group’s Tradify product team seeks a Product Manager to shape the direction of our digital products. You’ll use insights and AI-enabled research to craft briefs that guide the product owner and development cycle toward superior business outcomes.

In an AI-augmented environment, you’ll frame problems, exercise rigorous judgment, and engage stakeholders across tech, design and marketing to ensure outcomes align with strategic objectives and user needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in product design, development and management.
• Experience leading product design and development practices within a UX design or digital product company.
• Deep fluency with AI tools and ability to balance AI outputs with human judgment.
• Expertise in understanding consumer behaviour and using AI to synthesize feedback at scale.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach others in product development.
• Enjoy participating in a high performance team to deliver impactful digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Understand business objectives and how the product strategy relates to them.
• Develop product plans and briefs leveraging AI and research, aligned with the strategy.
• Own outcomes by ensuring prioritisation and delivering value to users.
• Demonstrate thought leadership as a subject matter expert for product management in AI-infused world.
• Establish and manage ongoing product management activities and AI tool-chain.
• Synthesize customer feedback at scale using AI while maintaining primary research practices.
• Leverage AI for data analysis to generate actionable insights and connect product outcomes to business results.
• Collaborate in a team to deliver an amazing user experience across mobile app and web platform.
