Job summary

Tactiq is seeking a Principal Product Manager to drive strategy and execution across AI-driven initiatives. You will prototype with AI, run experiments, and ship fast without lengthy PRDs. You’ll own analytics, user discovery, and product iteration in a hands-on role with minimal governance.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in product roles, 3+ years in B2B SaaS PLG, and a track record delivering AI features and dashboards. Remote-friendly, equity, and ownership await.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in product roles, with at least three+ years in B2B SaaS PLG.
• Experience building AI-enabled products; engineered prompts, tested models, shipped AI features.
• Deep technical capability: dashboards, data tooling, and strong analytics (SQL, Mixpanel).
• Proficient in running end-to-end A/B tests: hypothesis, instrumentation, analysis, decisions.
• Ongoing user research: weekly interviews and continuous discovery.

Responsibilities

• Prototype features with AI tools and internal utilities; ship MVPs.
• Set up experiments (A/B tests), define success metrics, analyze outcomes, and decide.
• Pull data via SQL and Mixpanel to uncover actionable insights.
• Engage with users weekly to validate problems and opportunities.
• Iterate quickly: ship, measure, learn, and ship again.
