CSR Springboard is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own a key product category across our Auckland locations, including Penrose and Te Atatū Peninsula. You will partner with suppliers, manufacturing, sales and customers to develop and execute category strategies and drive performance and growth.

You will lead product development, lifecycle management, market analysis, and ensure compliance and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in Product Management.
• Strong commercial & analytical skills.
• Experience in product selection, forecasting, and market analysis.
• Sound knowledge of the building/construction industry.

About the role:

CSR are seeking an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of a key product category and drive performance, profitability, innovation, and long-term growth.

This is a unique opportunity to work across our Auckland locations in Penrose and Te Atatū Peninsula, partnering with suppliers, manufacturing partners, sales teams, and customers to develop and execute category strategies that position our products as industry leaders.

As Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering product performance and volume growth objectives across your category. You will lead category strategy, product development, lifecycle management, supplier partnerships, and market analysis to ensure the portfolio remains competitive, profitable, and aligned with customer and market needs.

What You'll Bring

• Sound knowledge of the building/construction industry

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
