Job summary

CSR in Penrose, Auckland seeks a DC Operator to join our logistics team. The role involves forklift operation, stock movements, order processing, and supporting the warehouse to deliver excellent service. You will report to the DC Supervisor in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm. We offer career progression, training, and CSR benefits in a diverse and inclusive team.

Qualifications

The Opportunity

CSR have an exciting opportunity in our Logistics Department for a DC Operator to join our team in Penrose, Auckland. Reporting to the DC Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring warehouse operations run safely, efficiently, and on time. Working in a fast-paced distribution environment, you'll be responsible for forklift operations, order processing, stock movements, and supporting the wider warehouse team to deliver outstanding service to our customers

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 830am – 5pm.

In This Role, You Will

• Champion a safety-first culture, actively supporting our commitment to Zero Harm and living our Never Walk Past safety philosophy.
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and store products within the warehouse.
• Complete picking, packing, dispatch, and receiving activities accurately and efficiently.
• Process customer orders, invoices, and payments.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure products are stored correctly.
• Support the wider warehouse team to achieve daily operational targets.
• Contribute to maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

What You'll Bring

• A current and valid Forklift Licence (essential).
• Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
