Iplex Pipelines is seeking a Product Manager to own the fittings portfolio, driving growth and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Technical, Operations and Supply Chain. Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge of pipe and fittings products.
• Construction, infrastructure, utilities or manufacturing background.
• 5+ years managing product portfolios.
• Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Technical aptitude to translate concepts into customer value propositions.

This role sits at the crossroads of Product Management, Marketing and Commercial Strategy, acting as the vital link between our Sales, Technical, Operations and Supply Chain teams. You'll own the strategy and performance of our fittings portfolio, identifying growth opportunities, leading new product development, and ensuring our products are positioned to win in the market.

What You'll Be Doing

As Product Manager, you'll drive the growth and success of our fittings portfolio by:

• Translating complex technical solutions into compelling customer value propositions, leading cross-functional projects, and shaping the future direction of the fittings category
• Using market insights, customer feedback and competitor intelligence to identify opportunities for innovation and portfolio growth.
• Supporting commercial success through data-driven decision-making, business case development and ongoing product performance analysis.
• Leading new product development from concept to launch, working closely with Technical, Operations, Supply Chain and Sales teams.
• Creating compelling resources and tools that help customers understand the value of our solutions.

About You

You'll be a commercially minded product professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll bring:

• Experience or knowledge of pipe and fittings products, will be highly regarded and help distinguish your application.
• A construction, infrastructure, utilities or manufacturing sector background.
• 5+ years' experience managing product portfolios in a product management or product marketing capacity.
• A degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related discipline
• Proven experience leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills, including developing business cases and evaluating market opportunities.
• Highly technical aptitude, with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer-focused value propositions.
