Combine your administrative and organisational skills in this Product Co-ordinator position in our Manukau Support Office! This role assists the Bedding Departments buying team in the administration of product categories. We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual ready to grow and make an impact in a dynamic team environment.

About the Role

This is a 7-month fixed-term, part-time role.

We offer some flexibility in how these hours are structured, provided the schedule remains consistent week to week.

This role will support the Bedding department in managing the entire product lifecycle – from inception to shop floor. You will work alongside the Product team, coordinating with our suppliers and internal teams to deliver our products to our customers and stores. You will be an integral part of our buying team!

Some key tasks will include:

• Maintaining accurate product and pricing information in our database
• Manage our Critical Path to ensure on time product delivery
• Create purchase orders for the Product team
• Liaise with supplier partners.

About You

We are looking for an organised professional who can work autonomously and in a team.
