Job summary

NZ Post is seeking Processing Officers in Tauranga to sort, consolidate and dispatch parcels at our Tauranga Operations Centre, enabling efficient delivery across Aotearoa. This fixed-term night-shift role runs Monday to Friday from 11:00pm to 7:30am, starting 13 October 2026 and ending 11 February 2027.

You’ll be part of a lively team emphasizing safety and reliability. Key attributes include lifting up to 25 kg, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset within NZ Post’s

Qualifications

• Be available to work Monday–Friday night shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg.
• Good geographical knowledge and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sort, consolidate and dispatch parcels and freight.
• Support couriers to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain safety and security on site.
