Job summary

Aon in New Zealand seeks an Operations Manager - Continuous Improvement to drive operational excellence across Retail, Corporate and ABS teams. You will analyse data, streamline processes, and deliver practical improvements that enhance day-to-day operations.

Based in Auckland or Christchurch, you will collaborate with stakeholders to standardise practices, build meaningful KPIs, and develop Power BI dashboards and Power Apps solutions that boost visibility and efficiency across the business.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years experience in Operations, Business Improvement, Continuous Improvement or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Power BI to develop reports and dashboards.
• Exposure to Power Apps or interest in developing capability in this area.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and ways of working.
• Assist in the delivery of continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
• Support the standardisation of processes and practices across teams and locations.
• Help document, review and enhance operational procedures.
• Develop and maintain operational reporting and dashboards.
• Analyse business performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide insights that support decision making and operational improvement.
• Contribute to the development of meaningful KPIs and reporting metrics.
