Job summary

Barfoot & Thompson – Auckland, North Island is seeking an energetic Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Onehunga team for 30–35 hours per week, focusing on hands-on marketing and sales support.

You’ll work with the sales team and Branch Manager to drive marketing campaigns, create content and help optimise databases, systems and tools. If you are proactive, organized and tech-savvy, you’ll thrive in a dynamic branch.

Qualifications

• Energetic, proactive and driven with initiative.
• Organised and solutions-focused with good prioritisation.
• People-focused and confident in communication.
• Tech and marketing savvy; comfortable with digital tools and social media.
• Real estate experience is helpful, but attitude and willingness to learn matter.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate property and branch marketing campaigns.
• Create marketing material, social media and digital content.
• Help salespeople use databases, systems and marketing tools.
• Support client communication and follow-up.
• Onboard and support new salespeople.
• Identify ways to improve systems, processes and productivity.
• Support Branch Manager with projects and initiatives.
• Look for opportunities to improve the sales team and branch.
