Qualifications

  • Student in Property, Commerce, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or related degree.
  • Ideally in second year of a four-year degree.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate work.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to analyse, manipulate and work confidently with large volumes of data.

Responsibilities

  • Research transactions and track market activity across New Zealand.
  • Maintain and update property databases.
  • Gather and validate property and market data from multiple sources.
  • Assist with reporting, market intelligence and data analysis.
  • Analyze data to support business decisions.
  • Exposure to market sectors including service stations, fast food and healthcare assets.

We have an opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented university student to join our Private Wealth team in a permanent part-time capacity. This role is ideal for a student seeking practical commercial property experience while continuing their studies.

Working alongside our market specialists, you\'ll play an important role in building and maintaining property market intelligence across New Zealand. This includes researching transactions, tracking market activity, maintaining databases, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to support business decisions.

The Opportunity - Te āhei
  • Approximately 12 hours per week with flexibility around study commitments
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of commercial property databases
  • Researching ownership, sales and transaction activity across New Zealand
  • Tracking listings and completed sales to ensure market information remains accurate
  • Gathering and validating property and market data from a variety of sources
