Tonkin + Taylor seeks a Principal Water + Wastewater Engineer or Hydraulic Modeller to lead our water networks team across New Zealand. You will oversee planning, modelling and design for water supply, wastewater and resilience projects, working with clients and cross-disciplinary teams.

You’ll manage proposals, lead design teams, develop hydraulic models, and contribute to long-term infrastructure strategies while mentoring junior staff and expanding our capability across NZ.

Competenze

• Degree in Civil, Environmental, Water Engineering or related discipline.
• 15 years' water/wastewater design or 5+ years for hydraulic modeller.
• Experience in consultancy or local government is a plus.
• Experience in network modelling, hydraulic analysis, planning, design.
• Ability to interpret and quality-check engineering, GIS and asset data.
