Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 10-12 years of progressive experience in electrical design engineering, with a significant portion in a lead or principal capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex system design, including power distribution, control systems, automation, or specialized electrical applications.
• Proficiency in advanced simulation and modeling software relevant to power systems, controls, or electronics.
• Exceptional leadership, problem‑solving, and strategic decision‑making skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience managing large‑scale projects and interdisciplinary teams.
• Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng.) registration with ECSA is strongly preferred.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Queenstown, Eastern Cape area.
