Bellevue School in Tauranga is seeking a friendly, organized Office Administrator to join our busy front-office team. This part-time role (15 hours/week during term time) provides essential support to students, families, staff and visitors, with the flexibility of two daily time options.

As a key member of our office team, you will be a first point of contact for our tamariki, whānau, staff and visitors. We are looking for a real ‘people person’ who enjoys working with children and can problem solve, prioritise and multitask in a busy school environment.
Position details:
Permanent, part-time, 15 hours per week, term time only (40 weeks per year)
Monday-Friday, 12pm - 3pm OR 1pm - 4pm.

Responsibilities include welcoming and supporting whānau and visitors, student enrolments, phone and email enquiries, PA support to the Principal, attendance, newsletters, social media and website communication, first aid, resource ordering and general office support.
