Job summary
Gallagher Animal Management seeks a Pricing & Retail Analyst to help shape pricing strategy across NZ, Australia, North America and Europe.
You'll analyse pricing, promotions, margins and market trends, turning data into clear commercial recommendations for regional leaders and cross-functional teams.
This role combines analytical depth with broad commercial exposure in a global AgTech business, with opportunities to influence decisions and grow your career.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years in commercial, analytical, pricing, retail or product-focused roles.
- Strong Excel modelling skills and scenario analysis.
- Experience with Power BI or similar reporting/visualisation tools.
- Understanding of pricing, margins and profitability drivers.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Degree in Commerce, Business, Finance or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Build pricing models, reporting and processes to improve visibility.
- Analyse pricing, promotions, margins, market trends and competitor activity.
- Turn data and insights into clear commercial recommendations.
- Support pricing decisions for new products, promotions and planning.
- Partner with sales, product, finance and regional leaders.
- Help establish a connected, strategic approach to pricing across Animal Management.
