Job summary

Armstrong's Prestige Wellington is seeking a Workshop Controller/Foreman to lead workshop operations across five luxury brands: Audi, Volvo, Porsche, Jaguar and Land Rover. You will work with two Service Managers to uphold standards and drive output in a prestige environment.

You'll be hands-on, develop technicians, and shape best-practice processes while ensuring exceptional customer outcomes and seamless workflow from intake to delivery.

Qualifications

• You might already be a Workshop Controller or Workshop Foreman, or a Senior Technician ready to step up.
• Franchise dealership background, prestige/luxury experience a plus
• Solid technical and diagnostic capability
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A genuine commitment to quality and customer outcomes
• The ability to keep technicians motivated and jobs flowing

Responsibilities

• Oversee workshop operations across five prestige brands (Audi, Volvo, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover).
• Lead and mentor technicians to maintain quality and throughput.
• Collaborate with two Service Managers to uphold standards and drive output.
• Ensure customer outcomes are achieved with efficient workflow from intake to delivery.
