Job summary

Frontline Recruitment is seeking a Practice Nurse to join a well-established, family-focused health organisation delivering primary health care across four Auckland clinics. You will work with GPs and the wider primary health care team to support patients in achieving positive clinical and non-clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with a current Annual Practising Certificate.
• Current Vaccinator and CPR Certificate.
• Competent in Medtech Evolution and Best Practice Intelligence.
• Experienced in triaging patients.
• Skilled in venepuncture, including blood tests and IV insertion.
• Experience in wound management.
• Confident managing long-term conditions.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Full, clean New Zealand driver's licence.
• NZ Residency or Citizenship required.
• Primary care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver primary health care nursing services to a diverse patient population.
• Support patient interventions and treatment planning.
• Work closely with GPs and the broader primary health care team.
• Triage patients and manage long-term conditions.
• Provide wound management care.

In this role, you will deliver high quality, accessible primary health care nursing services across four South Auckland clinics. Working closely with GPs and the wider primary health care team, you will support patients to achieve positive clinical and non-clinical outcomes.
