You will oversee rostering, payroll, compliance and patient experience, drive growth, and foster a culture of open communication and ownership. Leadership capability is key, dental experience is desirable.

We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager who enjoys leading and developing people, creating a great team environment and playing an active role in the ongoing success of the practice.
About the role
As Practice Manager, you will play an important leadership role within the practice. You will support and develop the team, work closely with the practice owners and clinicians and ensure the systems and day-to-day operations of the practice support both our team and our patients.

Dental experience is highly desirable, and knowledge of dental practice systems and processes will be an advantage.

Previous dental experience is highly desirable, however we are also interested in hearing from experienced leaders from other healthcare environments who have the right leadership capability and cultural fit.
