Job summary

Collective Dental in Te Awamutu seeks an experienced Practice Manager to lead and develop the team, and to drive the ongoing success of Dental on Mahoe. You will support owners and clinicians and ensure the day-to-day operations support both staff and patients.

You will oversee rostering, payroll, compliance and patient experience, drive growth, and foster a culture of open communication and ownership. Leadership capability is key, dental experience is desirable.
