Join a collaborative research project focused on developing innovative approaches for the rapid detection of meat quality traits in commercial processing environments. As a Postdoctoral Fellow, you will contribute to the delivery of a Meat & Livestock Australia-funded research programme, working alongside researchers and industry partners to generate high-quality scientific outcomes.

Based in our Department of Wine, Food and Molecular Biosciences, you will undertake experimental and analytical research, contribute to publications and reporting, and help advance practical solutions for the meat processing industry. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your research expertise in a supportive and multidisciplinary environment.
This fixed term role is from November 2026 to January 2028, is based at our Lincoln Campus and works 37.5 hours per week (1.0 FTE).
The salary for this position is fixed at $75,000 per annum.
