Lincoln University in Lincoln, New Zealand, is seeking a customer-focused frontline service and student experience assistant to warmly welcome prospective and current students, whānau, and visitors. You will work in the Student and Visitor Centre, handling inquiries across in-person, phone, email, and digital channels, and support engagement initiatives across the student journey.

This is a varied and people-focused role where you'll combine customer service, administration, communication, and relationship-building skills to support students throughout their Lincoln University journey.
This fixed term role covers parental leave and concludes in July 2027. Hours of work are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 1:00 pm (22.5 hours per week), at our Lincoln Campus.
The salary for this position is $59,000 per annum, pro rata to part-time hours.
