Job summary

Potentia is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major cloud transformation programme in Wellington, New Zealand. The role focuses on delivering a modern, stable technology environment and transitioning core systems from on-premises infrastructure into the Microsoft cloud ecosystem.

You will work with business teams, technology specialists, vendors and senior leaders to guide the organisation through the transition and embed new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering change across major technology, cloud or digital transformations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience within government or another complex organisation.
• Ability to operate across strategic planning and practical delivery.

• Developing and delivering the change management approach
• Completing stakeholder and change impact assessments
