Job summary

New Zealand Post is seeking a Processing Officer for a part-time evening roster at our Strathallan Street branch in Dunedin. You will sort, consolidate and dispatch parcels and freight, preparing them for our couriers to deliver across Aotearoa.

The role suits a reliable team player who can lift up to 25 kg, is detail-oriented and has good local geography knowledge. Expect a supportive, safety-focused workplace with learning and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Be available to work Monday to Friday 5pm - 7pm permanent roster (not just over summer!)
• Be a committed teammate, keeping yourself, others and the site safe
• Energy for a physically demanding role - can you lift up to 25kgs?
• An eye for detail and good geographical knowledge

Our Processing Officers create the magic by sorting, consolidating and dispatching parcels and freight at our Strathallan Street branch, ready for our couriers to deliver.
